When there is an objection to the bill, the President may return it to the National Assembly by attaching an objection within the period referred to in paragraph (1), and request its reconsideration. The same is true during the closing of the National Assembly. I solemnly swear before the people that I will faithfully fulfill my duties as president by complying with the Constitution, protecting the nation, promoting the peaceful reunification of my country, promoting the freedom and welfare of the people, and creating a national culture.

The Chief Justice is appointed by the President with the consent of the National Assembly. The National Assembly examines the qualifications of members and may discipline them. Courts are composed of the Supreme Court, the highest court, and courts at various levels.

The criminal defendant is presumed innocent until the conviction is confirmed. The organization, scope of duties, and other necessary matters of the State Advisory Council for the Elderly shall be prescribed by law. The National Assembly shall be comprised of members of the National Assembly elected by ordinary, equal, direct, and secret elections of the people.

Lawmakers and the government can submit legislation. The state is obligated to examine petitions. In order to have jurisdiction over military trials, a military court may be established as a special court.

An administrative trial can be conducted as a pre-trial procedure. The procedures for administrative trials shall be determined by law, but judicial procedures shall apply mutatis mutandis. Laws and treaties at the time of the enforcement of this Constitution shall remain in effect unless they violate this Constitution.

The state must strive for the protection of motherhood. In order to respond to the President's advice on important matters of state affairs, a National Senior Citizens' Advisory Council composed of national elders may be established.

When there is a request for reconsideration, the National Assembly attaches it to reconsideration, and if the same resolution is made with the attendance of half of the registered members and more than two-thirds of the members present, the bill will be finalized by law.

If there are two or more highest voters in an election, a person who has obtained a majority of votes at a public meeting attended by a majority of members of the National Assembly shall be elected. If the budget bill is not resolved until the commencement of the new fiscal year, the government may execute expenses for the following purposes in accordance with the previous year's budget until the budget bill is resolved by the National Assembly:

The head of the Executive Branch shall be appointed by the President at the recommendation of the Prime Minister from among the State Council members. Judges shall judge independently according to their conscience in accordance with the Constitution and laws. The hearing and judgment of the trial shall be open to the public. However, the hearing may not be disclosed by the decision of the court if there is a concern that it may interfere with the national security or good order or harm good manners.

The Chief Justice of the Supreme Court and judges other than the Supreme Court are appointed by the Chief Justice with the consent of the Supreme Court. A soldier cannot be appointed as a member of the State Council unless he or she is out of active service. The Board of Audit and Inspection shall inspect the settlement of revenues and expenditures every year and report the results to the President and the National Assembly next year.

The proposed constitutional amendment must be announced by the president for a period of more than 20 days. The President shall promptly promulgate laws established under paragraphs 4 and 5. If the President fails to promulgate the final law under paragraph (5) or within five days after the final law under paragraph (4) is transferred to the government, the Speaker shall promulgate it.

A member of the National Assembly cannot concurrently hold a position prescribed position by law. The National Assembly elects one chairperson and two vice-chairpersons. Permission for media and publication, censorship, and permission for assembly and association are not recognized.

The President presides over the Armed Forces as prescribed by the Constitution and the law. The President may issue a Presidential Decree on matters delegated by specifically determining the scope of the law and matters necessary for enforcing the law.

The National Assembly can enact rules on intention and internal discipline within the scope of not violating the law. Basic matters concerning the educational system, including school education and lifelong education, its operation, education finance, and the status of teachers shall be prescribed by law.

All citizens have the right to be educated equally according to their abilities. The regular session of the National Assembly shall be convened once a year as prescribed by law, and the extraordinary session of the National Assembly shall be convened at the request of the President or at least 1/4 of the members of the National Assembly.

All citizens have the right to be tried by law by judges prescribed by the Constitution and laws. The organization and operation of the Constitutional Court and other necessary matters shall be prescribed by law.

Citizens who have suffered damage to life or body due to criminal acts of others may receive rescue from the state as prescribed by law. The status and courtesy of the former president are determined by law.

The regular meeting session shall not exceed 100 days, and the extraordinary meeting session shall not exceed 30 days. When it is necessary to continue spending beyond one fiscal year, the government shall set a period and obtain a resolution from the National Assembly as a continuous cost.

Unless otherwise specified, the law takes effect by 20 days from the date of promulgation. The State guarantees consumer protection campaigns to guide sound consumption activities and promote the improvement of the quality of products as prescribed by law.

A member of the National Assembly shall not be arrested or detained without the consent of the National Assembly during the session, except in cases where he/she is a current offender. The State Council member shall assist the President in matters of state affairs and deliberate on state affairs as a member of the State Council.
